IDENTIFING YOUR TRIGGERS
AND CHANGE YOUR OUTLOOK.
Yes,
friends there really is more to life than meeting your friends at work
for a cigarette.
We urge and
invite you to write in with your triggers that you have identified.
We need to identify and list
all those
pesky little hinderers that might keep us from accomplishing our goal of
a "smoke free future."
How to handle
the "triggers" that prompt you to light up... is often an overlooked area
of preparation.
It's so very
important to make a specific plan for what you will do instead of smoke.
So here's a list of
possible triggers.
Check off your triggers and add any others not on the list. Here
are a few suggestions
on how to
handle them You need to think of other specific ways to handle that situation
that will work for
you ~ so that
you won't "light up". Click on page below of triggers and print out page.
